§ 6-23. At large within city limits deemed unlawful.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to permit any dog or cat to run at large within the corporate limits of the city. A dog or cat shall be deemed to be running at large when off the premises of the owner and not under the control of a person by means of a leash.
