§ 28-196. Towing for city—Compliance.

Any wrecker or towing company seeking addition to the "on call rotation list" for the City of Lowell Police Department shall fully comply with the rules and regulations of the State of Arkansas Towing and Recovery Board as specifically set forth in A.C.A. § 27-50-1101 and A.C.A. § 27-50-1201.
