§ 14-57. Authority and applicability.

(a)

The ordinance from which this article is derived was enacted pursuant to the city's general police power, the authority granted to the city by A.C.A. §§ 14-43-602, 14-56-411, 14-56-414 and 14-56-417, and the other relevant laws and judicial interpretations of the state.

(b)

The provisions of this article shall apply to all of the territory within the limits of the city.
