§ 8. Conflicting ordinances repealed.

Latest version.

Ordinances 126, 170, 196 and all other ordinances or parts of ordinances conflicting with any of the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed. If any clause, sentence or section of this ordinance shall be determined to be invalid, the invalidity of any clause, sentence or section thereof shall not affect the validity of the remainder of this ordinance.
